New Mexico Cancer Care Community Forum -- Santa Fe, NM -- May 19, 2022

The NMCCA Community Forum took place at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden - Hendrickson Pavilion. Over 100 people showed up to discuss Christus St. Vincent's attempt to cancel the contract early with New Mexico Cancer Care Associates, and separate over 4,000 cancer patients from the current doctors and treatment plans.

CHRISTUS St. Vincent is trying to separate 4,000 cancer patients from their doctors and treatment plans. We are asking CHRISTUS to do the right thing and keep cancer patients with their doctors. Dr. Herbert at NMCCA takes some time to explain what's happening, and what we hope to resolve

Dr. Snyder explains why NMCCA and @ChristusStVincent are entering mediation, in support of the continuity of care for 4,000 cancer patients.

Dr. Lorusso wants NMCCA to remain independent, in order to provide better care to all patients.

Dr. Kathryn Chan of NM Cancer Care Associates explains what's happening with NMCCA and Christus St. Vincent, and NMCCA's commitment to a patient-first approach.

Dr. Lorusso doesn't want Christus St. Vincent to separate NMCCA's current patients from their doctors and treatment plans.

Join Kimberly in hoping that Christus St. Vincent does what is right and what is ethical, and puts the needs of our 4,000 cancer patients first.
